Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at the Anchorage Resort and Yacht Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Welcome guests and manage front desk operations, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
- Check-in and check-out guests, handle room assignments, and process payment for guest services.
- Utilize hotel software and phone systems to manage reservations, guest information, and communicate with other departments.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing front desk revenue and ensuring all rooms are accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected during their stay.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities at once.
- Experience with hotel software and phone systems is a significant asset.

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in hospitality and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a bilingual or multilingual environment.
- Experience with front desk operations and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software.
- Familiarity with resort operations and amenities is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 39 per week
