Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fluent English Speaking Speech Therapist (CCC or CF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients in a school setting and possess a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in children, with a focus on early intervention strategies to enhance communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
Implement effective speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills.
Collaborate with parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate families on strategies to support their child's speech development at home.
Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and pediatric care.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist CCC or CF.
Experience in school settings is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques.
Familiarity with early intervention practices and strategies for effective communication development.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
