Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney with litigation experience who is interested in plaintiff-side employment work and is comfortable managing cases from intake through litigation. This role offers significant responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on clients’ lives.

The position is remote, with monthly in-person meetings in the West Palm Beach area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage plaintiff-side employment law cases from intake through litigation
Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions; attend hearings and court proceedings
Develop case strategy and work closely with clients
Handle settlement negotiations and mediations
Maintain case deadlines and manage a litigation caseload independently

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida bar license and good standing
2–5 years of litigation experience (required)
Employment law or plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must reside in Florida

Work Environment & Expectations

Fully remote position
Monthly in-person meetings in the West Palm Beach area
Monthly billable requirement of 130 hours
