Responsibilities:

Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Conduct legal research and deliver comprehensive legal advice.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Hold a Juris Doctorate and maintain good standing with the State bar.
Proficiency in any of the following areas of law: Consumer Debt, Civil Litigation, Foreclosure, Family, Immigration, and Criminal matters will be a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated experience as a practicing attorney, preferably as an Independent Contractor, Special Appearance Attorney, or Coverage Counsel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
Capacity to work independently and reliably, requiring minimal supervision.
Familiarity with legal research tools, proficiency in technology, and usage of tools such as Microsoft Office, WebEx, Zoom, Teams, Westlaw, and Lexis.
