Full-Time | Paid Training | Performance-Based Commissions | Career Growth

Do you enjoy entertaining a crowd, demonstrating products, and showing people things they didn't know were possible? Summit Retail Solutions Inc. is hiring In-Store Product Demonstrators to deliver engaging, hands-on product demonstrations inside high-traffic retail locations.

Think of it as a live infomercial on the retail floor. You'll capture shoppers' attention, demonstrate how everyday products solve real problems, answer questions, and turn customer interest into sales.

This is an interactive, energetic role for someone who enjoys presenting, connecting with people, and demonstrating products in a fun, memorable way. Previous experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

Pay & Training:

Paid training: $150+ per training day during the four-to-six-week training period when at least eight hours are worked. All hours will be paid in accordance with applicable law.
Commission: Earn approximately 22%–28% of eligible product sales, depending on the applicable program and commission terms.
How commissions are calculated: Commission is based on eligible product sales recorded through the retail location's register and verified using its sales reports.
Example of commission earnings: At a 25% commission rate, $1,000 in eligible register sales generates $250 in gross commission.
Weekly commission payments: Commissions are paid the following week based on eligible sales from the previous week.
Career growth: Opportunities to develop your presentation and sales skills, advance within the company, and pursue relocation opportunities for high-performing representatives.

Actual commissions depend on verified sales, the applicable commission rate, and the terms of the compensation plan. The example above is illustrative and does not guarantee daily earnings.

Show customers how products work through practical, real-world demonstrations.
Engage shoppers, answer questions, and explain product benefits.
Turn product demonstrations into sales by helping customers understand the value of the products.

Ability to explain product benefits in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.
Motivation to drive sales and earn performance-based commissions.
Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods and meet the physical requirements of the assigned program.
