Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while working in an exciting atmosphere.

Duties

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Help with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses to enhance customer experience.
Support cash handling processes by assisting with transactions when necessary.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Collaborate with the bar team to provide exceptional service to guests.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
Knowledge of bartending practices or POS systems is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
Must be 21 or over.
