We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and cooking equipment.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team.
Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff.
Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen area regularly to maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations is beneficial.
Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service within the hospitality industry.
