Overview:
We are looking for someone passionate about boating, someone who is highly motivated, and customer focused to join our Marina Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will use their passion for boating and their love of engaging with people to guide guests with their boating excursion. They will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the boats and marina.

Your Role:
- You will work at the Marina helping guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience out on the water!
- You will help guests by renting Marina slips and boats to guests
- You will help Marina slip guests with their boat needs as they stay at the resort
- You will ensure that the equipment is well maintained and ready for use by guests
- You will ensure all guest interactions are handled in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
- You will work closely with the team to ensure the marina is kept clean
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
