Responsibilities
- Manage office schedules and coordinate appointments to optimize team productivity.

- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Implement effective office management practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Develop training programs for staff development to enhance skills and promote career growth.
- Overseeing of local and state permitting requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent team management capabilities with a focus on fostering collaboration.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Experience in vendor management to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to plan events successfully while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
