Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.
- Carry out tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed.
- Follow instructions from foremen and other skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
