We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our team in Key Largo, Florida. This role involves overseeing the financial operations of multiple companies and is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of 10 companies
- Execute full charge bookkeeping duties to ensure accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain financial balance
- Conduct regular bank account and credit card reconciliations to validate financial data
- Perform month-end close procedures and prepare financial reports
- Generate Profit and Loss statements to track company's financial performance
- Monitor and track company expenses
- Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accrual Accounting
- Execute auditing procedures and maintain accurate financial statements
- Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and Monthly Financial Statements consolidation.

- Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Property Accountant role or similar
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
- Deep understanding of Accrual Accounting is required
- Previous experience in Auditing is highly desirable
- Must have experience in Month End Close procedures
- Ability to perform Financial Statements Consolidation
- Experience in preparing Monthly Financial Statements is essential
- Knowledge of Financial Statement preparation is a must
- Proven track record of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation is required
- Experience in Credit Card Reconciliation is a must
- Must have prior experience in Bank Account Reconciliation
