EDS Service Solutions is seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Instantly Return Agents for morning, evening, and weekend shifts. If you enjoy meeting new people and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to have you as part of our team at our Key West Car Rental locations.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to review rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match rental agreements, and show customers their rental vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle inspections upon return, checking for damage, fuel levels, and lost and found items. Review the bill and obtain the customer's signature.
- If necessary, complete claims paperwork (accident/incident reports) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide directions when needed.
- Ensure all vehicle keys are secured.
- Assist customers with luggage as needed.
- Move vehicles as required.
- Act as a Gate Keeper for safe rental returns, if needed.
- Display attention to detail at all times.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Location: EYW Airport
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Available for 1st and 2nd shifts. We are open 7 days a week, offering flexible schedules to suit everyone.
Pay Rate: $19 per hour, paid weekly.
