EPIC - At The Elbow Support-(ATE)- Optime, Radiant
Location: FL (Jax, TPA, ORL), GA, NC, KY
Duration: 2 week contract
Compensation: $40-$44/HR

Hours/Schedule: TBD - Will not work 40 hours a week
Requirements:
- 2+ years of ATE - At the elbow support
- Certified or Credentialed - Radiant or Optime
Day to Day:
We are seeking experienced and proactive EPIC At-the-Elbow (ATE) Support personnel to assist end-users during the go-live of the Lumens system. ATE Support will provide real-time, on-site assistance to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform and minimizing disruptions to patient care and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to users during the Lumens system go-live.
- Assist with navigation, workflow execution, and troubleshooting within the Lumens platform.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and the technical support team to escalate and resolve issues.
- Document common issues and user feedback for post-go-live optimization.
- Offer guidance on best practices and system functionality based on training materials.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure clinical environments.
- Support various departments including GI labs, scheduling, nursing, and physician teams.

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
