The Role
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Guest Services Associate to be the first point of connection for our guests—before, during, and after their stay. This hybrid role blends on-property guest service with remote follow-up and coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch, luxury environment, balancing warmth with discretion, and ensuring every guest interaction feels effortless and memorable.
What You’ll Do
- Frontline Care: Answer phones and emails; manage arrivals, requests, and amenities with professionalism and grace.
- Seamless Communication: Deliver fast, thoughtful, and accurate responses across all channels; ensure guest-facing communication reflects clarity, warmth, and brand voice.
- Proactive Service: Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues swiftly, and follow through to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordination & Follow-Up: Maintain CRM, track inquiries and notes, and support leadership with updates and reporting.
- Luxury Standards: Uphold Largo Resort’s reputation for quiet luxury by prioritizing privacy, consistency, and excellence in every detail.
What You Bring
- Hospitality First: Genuine people-person with excellent phone, email, and in-person etiquette.
- Experience: Prior resort/hotel, front desk, concierge, or events experience preferred.
- Professionalism & Discretion: Trusted to handle sensitive guest information with care.
- Tech Confidence: Comfortable with email, calendars, spreadsheets; hospitality CRM/PMS experience a plus.
- Collaborative Mindset: Works seamlessly with sales and operations leadership; adaptable, reliable, and solutions-focused.
- Hybrid Readiness: Ability to split time between on-property duties in Key Largo and remote guest communications.

Hourly Range (based on experience):
- Entry-Level: $16–$20
- Mid-Level: $21–$28
