We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk patient Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for patient records and important documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize office operations.
- Provide customer support by addressing patient needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff as needed to facilitate patient care processes.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus; ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient relation is essential.
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Strong customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
