Our team takes pride in maintaining high standards of property care, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. We’re growing and looking for a Property Care Manager to help lead and elevate our property operations team.
Position Overview:
The Property Care Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the oversight of our property care operations, including inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and is central to ensuring our homes are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and support the property inspectors, housekeepers, and maintenance team
- Assign, schedule, and adjust workloads as needed to maintain efficiency and accountability
- Provide training, support, and feedback to ensure high performance across departments
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage property inspection schedules based on check-in/check-out calendars
- Oversee housekeeping scheduling to ensure timely turnover and cleanliness
- Ensure maintenance work orders are tracked, scheduled, and completed in a timely manner
Vendor Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors
- Schedule vendor services and follow up to ensure completion and quality
- Maintain accurate records of services and vendor performance
Operational Excellence:
- Use systems like Excel, Google Sheets, and our property management software to track tasks, workflows, and performance metrics
- Ensure all work is prioritized appropriately to meet guest and owner expectations
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect guest experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team supervision, preferably in property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent organization, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and the Google Suite
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Saturday availability a must
- Reliable transportation and live within a reasonable commuting distance to Marathon, FL
