Islamorada Brewery & Distillery is looking for enthusiastic bartender-servers for our craft beer and cocktails. This position can also lead to placement at our other location Crooked Palm Cabana in Tavernier.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to and show up for weekly shifts on time every time
- Our guests expect a personal understanding of our products, therefore you should be 21+
- Can-do attitude and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail
Duties include:
- Checking ID’s
- Taking orders for food and drinks
- Pouring our beer and making cocktails quickly while making conversation
- Engaging with guests (beer, liquor, and local knowledge is key)
- Maintaining a clean workspace and bar
- Restocking retail and bar as well as opening and closing cleaning and stocking duties
** Prior experience in serving or bartending is required for this position. If you do not have this experience you can apply but may expect to start in another position such as our distillery pouring samples, barback, or guest services/cashier role. However do we have many first time bartending staff.
