Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Knowledge and Experience with boats preferred.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide information about services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell services to customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers with the accurate completion of forms
- Scheduling work to be completed by the yard
- Making reservations for customers
- Communicating with the yard team
-Assist with some check ins as needed
And any other duties as directed by the supervisor
Experience:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English required
