Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for a long-term, reliable individual who wants to grow with our company. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cold heading and related machinery to produce rivets and fasteners.
- Load raw materials and monitor machines during operation.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with basic machine adjustments and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience needed—training will be provided.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
