Position Overview: Are you looking for a flexible job to supplement your income? Butterfield Testing Solutions is seeking a Female Collector for Drug & Alcohol Testing in Miami, FL. This position is ideal for early birds, retirees, individuals seeking supplemental income or a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Early Morning availability is a must. Answer a phone call, text, and/or email from our Scheduling Department at any time between 3 am to 3 pm to receive a last minute drug and/or alcohol testing assignment requested by any of our clients in the area.
- Travel to client locations to perform onsite drug and alcohol testing (willingness to travel south from Miami to Key Largo and north from Miami to West Palm Beach if/when needed)
- Adhere to DOT (Department of Transportation) protocols and procedures for testing.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation and data entry.
- Complete collections as needed, including post-accident, reasonable suspicion, pre-employment, and random testing.
Training:
- DOT training will be provided virtually to the successful candidate.
- BTS-specific protocols training will also be provided.
Requirements:
- After-Hours (3 am-3 pm), last minute availability a must.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various client locations within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
- Current passport and ability to secure MIA airport SIDA badge.
- A cellphone with reliable service is required for communication and job coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Flexible schedule, available for collections as needed, after-hours and last minute availability. (Collections volume may increase as client demand grows and thus earnings potential).
- Must be comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Professionalism and strong communication skills are a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in drug testing or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
- Ideal for “early birds”, retirees, or individuals looking for a side hustle.
