What You’ll Do:
- Run daily pharmacy operations (intake → fill → verification → delivery)
- Lead and manage technicians and support staff
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with billing to resolve issues and maximize reimbursement
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Enforce profitability standards (no negative margin scripts)
Required Experience:
- Active Florida Pharmacist license
- 3+ years in retail or specialty pharmacy
- Proven experience managing workflow and staff
- Strong understanding of insurance billing and prescription processing
- Experience in high-volume environments preferred
- MUST have prior experience using PioneerRx
