Maverick Funding, LLC is a well-established MCA direct funder providing working capital to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. We operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly competitive industry, with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.
We are looking for highly motivated and well-connected ISO Relationship Managers with existing ISO/affiliate relationships and a personal book of business in the MCA industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced dealmaker with a proven track record of building and managing strong ISO partnerships, driving deal flow, and maximizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Your Book of Business: Immediately activate and scale existing ISO relationships to generate consistent deal flow.
- ISO Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISOs and broker partners to expand our national footprint.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted partner and point of contact for ISOs, ensuring consistent communication, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full deal lifecycle; from submission, underwriting, approval, and negotiation through funding.
- Training & Compliance: Educate ISOs on our products, guidelines, and compliance standards to ensure quality submissions and adherence to regulatory practices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the MCA or alternative lending industry, specifically in ISO/Broker relationship management.
- Established network of ISO partners and ability to bring a book of active business on Day 1.
- Strong understanding of MCA underwriting, deal structuring, and funding processes.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,421.65 - $250,000.00 per year
