Responsibilities
- Assist visitors in exploring our curated art collections, providing insightful information about artists, styles, and techniques
- Cultivate relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and recommending artworks that align with their tastes and spaces
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current art trends, exhibitions, and artists to enhance visitor engagement
- Support the organization of art displays, installations, and promotional events to ensure a polished presentation
- Facilitate sales transactions accurately while delivering exceptional customer service
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content for social media platforms and newsletters
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the gallery environment is inviting, organized, and reflective of our artistic vision
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for fine art, contemporary design, or related creative fields
- Strong knowledge of digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with graphic design principles including color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications including After Effects and Premiere for motion graphics or video editing is a plus
- Basic understanding of web design platforms like Figma or Sketch to support digital presentations
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and convey complex artistic concepts clearly
- Prior experience in art consulting, gallery work, or related customer service roles is preferred but not required
