```Job Summary```
We are seeking a Rental Manager to join our team. As a Rental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
```Responsibilities```
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting customers with rental inquiries, reservations, and returns
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rental equipment
- Conduct safety inspections of rental equipment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of rentals and payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of rental equipment
- Assist in training new rental staff members on rental procedures and safety protocols
- Resolve customer complaints or conflicts in a professional and timely manner
```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills for providing instructions and information to customers
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Cash handling experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of theater or events management is beneficial
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
