```Duties```
- -Assist in safe education of PWCs, kayaks and paddle boards
- Must be able to lift SUPs and Kayaks
- -Assist guests on and off PWCs, safe launching of PWCs
- - Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with various guest services, including ticket sales, and concessions
- Perform attendant duties at events and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, particularly children, during activities
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and work area
- Assist with setup and breakdown, including equipment setup, signage placement, and crowd control
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Ability to handle transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
- Knowledge of watersports procedures and practices is desirable
- Familiarity with management and crowd control techniques is beneficial
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Lifeguard certification is a plus for positions involving water-based activities
