Overview:
We are a small boutique resort seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and organization, ensuring that our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding clothes
- Follow specific cleaning protocols for different environments like residential homes or commercial spaces
- Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
- Utilize carpet cleaning equipment to maintain carpets in pristine condition
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals
Skills:
- Experience in residential, hotel and/or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices
- Proficiency in floor care techniques
- Ability to launder clothes effectively
- Familiarity with custodial duties and sanitization procedures
- Understanding of hotel housekeeping standards
