Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality at our hotel.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
