Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and also Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCABA) to join our team. As a BCBA or BCABA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans (BTPs) using evidence-based methods, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, using techniques that promote positive behavior and reduce problem behavior.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including special educators and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Use medical terminology and understanding of medical conditions to develop BTPs that take into account the individual's overall health and well-being.
- Utilize behavioral health and special education principles to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in various settings, such as home, school, and community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTPs and make data-driven changes to improve outcomes.
- Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, including those with co-occurring medical conditions, such as respiratory issues, to provide behavioral support and ensure patient safety.
Experience:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and (BCABA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment, including with special educators and medical providers.
- Experience with patient care and a strong understanding of medical terminology and special education principles.

Pay: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour
