Job Summary
We are seeking a night time nanny for an infant 12pm to 6 or 7 AM
Compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with children of various ages, including infants, and possess the skills necessary to ensure their safety, development, and well-being. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage children in fun and educational activities while maintaining a clean and organized space.
Duties
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Provide infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing as needed.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children according to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by tidying up play areas and ensuring toys are sanitized.
- Assist with homework or educational tasks for older children.
- Implement daily routines that include playtime, nap time, and other scheduled activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Experience
- Proven experience in childcare or babysitting, with references available upon request.
- Familiarity with infant care practices is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.
- Previous experience in daycare settings or as a nanny is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring children's safety and happiness.
- A clean background check is required prior to employment.
