from 11/1/2024-8/1/2025
Food and Beverage Server:
12 openings, minimum 35hrs/wk. Shifts 7a-2p, 10a-5p, 3p-10p & 12a-7p.
Wage: $17.47/hrIn the event that your total hourly rate (including tips) falls below
$17.47 per hour, the company will provide “make up pay” to ensure a minimum of
$17.47 per hour is met , The company will provide details and Notice of Tip credit at
time of offer. Overtime hours over 40 hours/WK, if available is paid at 1.5 times the
base rate at a minimum of $26.21 per hour.
Additional compensation such as raises and bonus may be available based on
individual factors including, tenure, experience/skills and work performance.
Job Duties:
Take & place food & beverage orders. Serve guests breakfast, lunch, dinner and misc.
items. Make and serve drinks, juices, and cocktails. Set up & bus tables/counters &
keep workstations and all dining areas clean. Carry trays, plates and glasses and run
food from the kitchen. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and
preparation methods. Greet and seat guests, providing attentive, efficient, and friendly
service. Reconcile guest payment through POS system. Complete all closing & opening
side work at beginning and end of shift. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when
handling food & beverage. Assist in stocking server/busser station with necessary
items..

Qualifications:

Pay bi-weekly.
Sunday through Saturday, scheduled shift and workdays vary. Rotate/split shifts.
Weekends & holidays are required
Min. 1 month hotel/resort experience is required.
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary
No daily transportation to/from work is provided.
No on-the-job training is provided.
No Education is required.
Supplies, work tools, equipment & logoed uniforms are provided free.
All deductions required by law will be payroll deducted
Employer will payroll deduct and written preapproved deduction requested by
employee
Possible shared voluntary housing, including free meals, provided by the employer or
optional 3rd
party housing may be available on a first come basis at $107-$167 weekly
and payroll deducted weekly. Housing deposits of $200 will be required if staying in
housing.
