Job Title: Busser/Food Runner
Job Summary:
130-seat fine dining steakhouse with adjoining bar/lounge and private dining room located in exclusive area in North Key Largo looking for a highly detail-oriented Bussers/Food Runner. Bussers/Food Runners will be trained alongside servers and hosts and will be required to have all product knowledge servers have.
Duties:
Assist servers and bartenders with bread and water service, as well as clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout the entire restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Assist in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
Learn guests' last names and refer to them by their names at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in fine dining and/or high volume preferred
- Food Handlers certification and Responsible Alcohol Vendors certification preferred
- Strong time management skills, ability to work under extreme pressure, and fluency in the English language are strongly encouraged
