Skills / Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Computer Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Candidates should be creative, highly motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to function in a fast-paced independent environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for all new DUI, SSS, and IID intakes into the system.
- Taking and posting payments from clients.
- Handling and rerouting incoming phone calls.
- Assist with DRI Tests and driver history records as needed.
- Assist in the virtual file management process using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Assist with the DUI Records Quality Assurance plan.
- Mail out letters, certificates, and paperwork.
- Maintain office supplies including ordering and stocking.
- Balance money with receipts and maintain petty cash.
- Provide prescreening & registration for SSS clients.
- Monitor treatment compliance/report completions or failures.
- Miscellaneous duties as determined by Program Manager or Clinical Supervisor.
