*Duties:
- Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and building structures
- Install and repair flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Apply stucco and perform masonry work as needed
- Conduct mold remediation and water damage restoration tasks
- Restore damaged areas by replacing or repairing drywall
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
***Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in construction estimating and reading blueprints
- Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials
- Familiarity with stucco application and masonry work
- Understanding of mold remediation processes and water damage restoration techniques
- Ability to restore damaged areas by replacing or repairing drywall
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely
