We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Director of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales. You will help support the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, content, events, and paid media.
- Product Launches: Develop and implement marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audience needs.
- Content Creation: Oversee content creation for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and newsletters. Ensure messaging is consistent and compelling.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and help build brand equity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of marketing strategies
- Execute internal administrative duties
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects at any one time
- Mentor junior marketing team members
- Other functions may be assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Compounding Pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 7-10 years of marketing experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
