Litigation Adjuster 2 CAT Team-Florida Residents only need apply-Qualified Applicants Only.
·Our company is growing, and as such, we have an immediate need for litigation adjusters with at least four (4) years of property claims experience, with two (2) of those being specifically in disputed/litigated claims.
Please do not apply if you do not possess at least 2 years of residential claims litigation experience.
· Must possess a FL Adjusters License
· Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Works well both individually and as part of a team
· Required to have working knowledge of homeowners’ property claims and be comfortable handling complex property claims.
· Computer literacy required.
· Handle 1st party litigated property claims of high severity & complexity.
· Interprets court dockets and communicates with Client Management, Client Legal & Opposing Counsel as needed
· Maintains an effective diary system and document claim file activities in accordance with established procedures.
· Manages file inventory to ensure timely resolution of cases.
· Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
· Provide prompt, courteous service, and communication to internal business partners.
Position requires travel for trial attendance to South Florida as a Corporate Representative.
