National Consumer Title Insurance is looking for a Business Development Executive who will become the Company's "Ambassador " to its independent policy issuing agents. Perform Agency related sales and marketing activities and strategies in the designated sales territory within the Agency Division. Target and develop new quality agency relationships that meet Company's Independent Agency Standards. Consistently build and enhance existing agency relationships, revenue and profitability within the sales territory (Florida). The ideal candidate would be Florida based. Relevant Experience in this industry preferred.
Summary of Position
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of business-to-business sales (from lead generation through close), leadership, a deep understanding of this markets dynamics, and the ability to drive performance through collaboration and innovation. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies within Florida and expanding our market share beyond the state and enhance brand visibility. This role will be responsible for building and inspiring a new sales team, cultivating key client relationships and customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales strategies and processes to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales goals to achieve revenue targets on a national scale. Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers to augment client base.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive leadership with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain relationships with existing clients based in collaboration with escrow officers and management.
Recruit, hire, train and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and collective success.
Create best practice standards of performance, including CRM inputs and methods, and hold sales team accountable to those standards.
Present title and closing production procedures, administrative product information and demonstrations to clients.
Maintains high visibility in real estate community by representing the company at
social/business functions.
Identify key market trends, industry regulation, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and market positioning.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Underwriting and Finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Develop and manage the national sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Stay abreast of advancements in technology and information services to ensure the
company remains innovative and competitive in the marketplace.
Maintain strict client confidentiality.
Exhibit a courteous, business-like manner and professional demeanor.
Skills:
Experience five or more years of Insurance underwriting sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Excellent Analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and interpretative skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work in a team environment to bring consensus.
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies and KPI’s

Develop territory business plan and build an active sales funnel of qualified leads by leveraging existing network and strengthening relationships.
Outreach efforts will include tapping into your existing network, building relationships with key stakeholders, and attending relevant conferences and industry events.
Track, Identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
Execution of marketing strategies at the national level
Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify unique selling opportunities and adaptability to changing market conditions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical data and to develop strategic and actionable business plans.
Experience, Education, and Licensure Requirements:
Licenced Title Agent Preferred
Drivers License required

Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
