We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing reports and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
A background in hospitality management or related fields is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests and reservations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
