Job Description:
As a Fine Dining Server at The Rhum House, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier service to our guests. Your mission is to create memorable dining experiences by providing personalized service, showcasing our menu, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
Present menus and offer detailed information on dishes, beverages, and specials.
Accurately take food and drink orders, promptly communicating them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Address guest inquiries and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables for new guests.
Handle guest payments and process transactions with accuracy.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and alcohol service.
Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on menu changes and restaurant policies.
Be knowledgeable about all resort outlets, amenities, and experiences to guide guests.
Contribute to a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and cooperation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and pairing, including wine and spirits.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
Competency with computers and experience using point-of-sale software.
