We are seeking a talented Musician to join our worship team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music performance and a keen interest in collaborating with others. This role requires the ability to adapt to various musical styles and settings. As a Musician, you will contribute to the overall artistic vision and help bring performances to life in worship through your musical expertise.
Duties
- Perform live music for Sunday morning worship and special worship services during the year.
- Collaborate with the pastor to create an engaging style of worship.
- Rehearse to ensure high-quality performances and maintain proficiency in your instrument.
- Offer creative suggestions to enhance worhsip.
- Help maintain the piano in good working condition.
- Engage with congregation during worship to enhance the overall experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in playing the piano / keyboard.
- Communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to read sheet music and follow musical arrangements accurately.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different musical genres and styles.
