Housekeeping Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a direct role in supervising housekeeping staff, conducting thorough room inspections, and addressing guest concerns to maintain a positive and welcoming environment. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the hotel.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work full time, 40 + hours a week, with open availability on the weekends.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
- English is required, ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping team of 20+ employees.
- Manage scheduling of housekeeping staff / overseeing their performance.
- Inspects and troubleshooting assigned work areas to ensure proper standards of cleanliness are met.
- Assist in training new employees including obtaining needed training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
