Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Assist with banquet services or special events as needed, ensuring timely service during high-volume periods.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience in food service or bartending within a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
