Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including residential homes, commercial spaces, or hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Cook simple meals as needed, adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Conduct floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Skills
- Must speak spanish, if bilingual, great. Spanish most important!
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in commercial cleaning or hotel environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to sanitize various surfaces while following health and safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
