What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in guests for their Key West watersports adventures
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer guest questions
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and assist with waivers
- Use your sales background to suggest upgrades and additional activities
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth start to every trip
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable personality
- Punctuality and professionalism are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
- Strong communication skills to assist guests with their bookings
