We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic Barback to join our team at South of the Seven. As a Barback, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bar, directly supporting our bartenders and contributing to a great guest experience. Our clientele are mostly Locals, so we're looking for team members with the ability to build strong relationships with our local guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Restocking and organizing the bar area with all necessary supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable bar area, collecting empty glassware and trays to clear away.
• Assisting with restocking beer kegs, replacing empty bottles, and managing inventory.
• Refilling ice bins and performing basic prep work such as cutting garnishes and preparing ingredients for drinks.
• Plus handling any other duties as assigned by the bartender.
Requirements:
• You must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (e.g., kegs, bottles).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
Bonus Points:
• Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus, but not required.

You must currently live in the Lower Florida Keys (Big Pine to Key West).
