Solar Administrative Assistant Summary: this position assists with the daily operations of solar departments within the company.
Essential Duties:
- General assistance to solar Project Manager for installation support
- Coordinate schedule arrangements for all solar personnel
- Assist with equipment ordering
- Assist with equipment logistics
- Coordinate and administer building permit applications and associated requirements
- Maintain accurate files and records
- Assist the sales staff for tracking communication and status
- Field incoming calls inquiring about solar installations

Required Skills:
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree preferred
2 years experience in Administrative Assisting or related job MS Office (Word, Excel) and other computer experience
Physical:
This position requires lifting up to 30 lbs.

Pay: $22.27 - $22.95 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
