Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Dock-hands for projects located in Marathon, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Assist with answering commonly asked questions
- General operation of docks and assisting boaters with needs
- Vessel fueling and pump-out process
- Maintain and clean restrooms, docks, walkways, grounds and other designated areas
- Ensure dock and equipment are operational at all times
- Organizing, cleaning and restocking shelves when needed
Requirements:
- Must have a basic understanding of boat handling
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, maneuver equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Boat handling skills, customer service experience and previous marine experience are preferred
