We are seeking one position!
Property Management Company seeking part time janitorial/maintenance person for immediate hire. Individual must have previous background with limited knowledge and understanding of building maintenance and mechanics. Candidate must be punctual, reliable, with a positive attitude. 20-30 hours per week. Additional responsibilities Include:
-Pool Cleaning (A plus but not mandatory)
- General Building Cleaning & Maintenance, Light Housekeeping Services and Completing Work Orders in Common Areas
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve maintenance issues such as light plumbing, painting, etc.
- Able to work unsupervised and complete work in an efficient manner while maintaining professional appearance at all times
Requirements Include:
- Walking, standing, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working outdoors in hot, cold and wet weather
- Walking on uneven surfaces
- Maintain positive attitude and neat appearance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
