We are currently seeking a team of ambitious, detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Care Team. As a member of our team, you will receive training to become an expert in our customer service values, processes, and procedures. You will be trained to help people who enjoy the game of golf optimize their equipment to fit their swing and improve their golf game!
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support to prospects and customers for all our client locations nationwide with a focus on new customer acquisition and current customer support and issue resolution
- Research appointment cancellations and make outbound phone calls to prospects for scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service by providing knowledgeable answers via phone and email to questions about the company including services, pricing, availability, and products
- Collect key customer data and record call notes accurately using company’s customer service technology solutions (e.g., CRM)
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Support and communicate with other internal departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- One-two years’ experience in a customer service environment OR any equivalent combination of experience/education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Call Center experienced is required.
- Great phone presence and people skills; ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
- Golf background strongly preferred. Knowledge of golf industry and equipment (specifically golf clubs and parts) strongly preferred with experience in a customer-facing golf setting ideal.
- Willing to learn and be involved in all aspects of the business, ability to “go with the flow”, desire to grow with the company and not remain static
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM program is desired; familiarity and ease with technology
- Extremely organized, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, has strong attention to detail
