What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager
· Lead & Develop Your Team – Motivate and coach employees to grow and succeed.
· Run Organized, Efficient Shifts – Keep operations running smoothly in a fun, fast-paced environment.
· Support Restaurant Goals – Work with the Restaurant General Manager to hit operational and financial targets.
· Problem-Solve with Confidence – Handle customer and employee concerns with professionalism.
· Keep Things Running Smoothly – Oversee maintenance, inventory, and scheduling.
Who We’re Looking For
· Leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· A passion for people development and creating a positive workplace.
· Ability to analyze business performance and make strategic decisions.
· Must be 18 years or older.

This role requires a 50-hour workweek. Compensation is calculated hourly to align with the annual salary range.
