Overview:
Responsible for maintaining the financial records of a company by accurately recording the day to day financial transactions of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
· Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts, etc.
· Transfer data, maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate , complete and up-to-date manner
· Assist with reconciling and balancing all accounts
· Track and maintain inventory records
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
· Prepare checks, payments, and bank deposits
· Prepare and process payroll in an accurate and timely manner
· Assist with budget preparation
· Assist with Audits
· Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
· Sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Job Qualifications:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Detail oriented and able to prioritize
· Relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
· Proficient skills in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
· Able to work both independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $46,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
